AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE
AI.AMEDA MUNICIPAL CODE BY
ADDING SUBDIVISION 44 TO
SECTION 17 -333 THEREOF, RE-
LATING TO ALL TIME NO PARK-
ING (WEST SIDE OF EIGHTH
SOUTHERLY OF CENTRAL)
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT' OR-
DATNFD BY THE COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF ALAMEDA:
Section 1. That Section 17 -333,
Alameda Municipal Code, is hereby
amended by adding subdivision (44)
thereto which shall read as follows.-
(44) Eighth Street, on the west-
erly side thereof, between the
center line extended of Portcla
Avenue and the southerly line of
Central Avenue.
Section 2. 'this ordinance shall be
in full force and effect from and
after the expiration of thirty (30)
days from the date of its final
passage.
