AI AMEDA as follows:
SECTION 1. 'Sec'tion 11 -116 of
Ordinance No. 1277, N.S. is hereby
amended by reclassifying and re-
zoning from C' -1, Neighborhood
Business District, to R -5, General
Apartment District, all the real
property situate within the City
of Alameda as described below:
Lots 4, 5, 6_7, 8 and 9, Block
No. 69, in Alameda City Asses-
sor's Block Book No. 1, com-
monly known as 1311, 1319,
1321, 1323 and 1325 :High
Street.
SECTION 2. The above amend-
inent shall be known as and re-
ferred to as Reclassification sand
Rezoning Amendment .No. 36 to
® Ordinance No. 1509
New Series
Ordinance No. 1277, N.S.
SECTION . 3. This ordinance
shall be in full ; force and effect
from and after the expiration; of
thirty (34) days from the date of
its final passage.
