AN ORDINANCE AMENDING
CERTAIN PORTIONS OF THE
ALAMEDA MUNICIPAL CODE
RELATING TO TRAFFIC
REGULATIONS
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE
COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ALAMEDA:
SECTION 1. That Section 17-333
of the Alameda Municipal (Made is
hereby amended by - repealing
subdivision (39) thereof (No Park-
ing 6:30 a.m. to 8:30 a.m.)
SECTION 2. That Section 17-583
of the Alameda Municipal Code
(35-mile speed limit) is hereby
amended by repealing subdivi-
sions (3), (4), (5) and (6) thereof.
SE'CTI'ON 3. That Section 17-584
of the Alameda Municipal Code
(25-mile speed limit) is hereby
amended by adding thereto the
following new subdivisions, which
shall read as follows:
(2) Otis Drive—from Larch-
mont Isle, west to Westline
Drive.
(3) Shore Line Drive,
(4) Eighth Street—from Portola
Avenue, south to Westline
Drive.
(5) Westline Drive.
SECTION 4, That Section 17-432
of the Alameda Municipal Code
(Stop) is hereby amended by add-
ing thereto subdivision (144),
which shall read as follows:
(144) Fitchburg Avenue a n d
Maitland Drive, a sign
shall be erected on Fitch-
burg Avenue at the south-
west corner of its inter-
section with Maitland
Drive.
SECTION 5. This ordinance
shall be in full force and effect
from and after the expiration of
thirty (30) days from the date of
its final passage.
