BE IT ORDATNED BY THE
COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
AL•MEDA as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 11-116 of
Ordinance No. 1277, MS., is here-
by amended by reclassifying and
rezoning from C-1, C-M and M -1-
PD Districts to R-2 and M-1-PD
Districts all the real property sit-
uate within the City of Alameda
as shown on that entitled
"North-Central-West Alameda. Re-
zoning Study, Exhibit 'D' Ala-
meda City Planning Dep�
January 1966", • and described in
Exhibit "E" to Planning B
Resolution No. 352, "Description
of Properties Pro-posed to be Re-
zoned in the North-Central-West
Alameda Rezoning Study" cited
herein, made a part hereof and on
file with the City Clerk.
SECTION 2. The above amend-
ment shall be known as arid re-
ferred to as Reclassification and
Rezoning Amendment No. 39 to
Ordinance No. 1277, N.S.
SECTION 3. This ordin-ance shall
be in full f orce and effect from
and after the expiration of thirty
(30) days from the date lof its
final passage.
