AN ORDINANCE AMENDING
CERTAIN '.PORTIONS OF THE
ALAMEDA MUNICIPAL CODE
RELATING TO TRAFFIC REGULATIONS
BE IS ORDAINED BY THE
COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ALAMEDA:
Section 1. That Section 17 -432
(Stop) of the :Alameda Municipal
Code is hereby amended by add -
ing thereto the following new
subdivisions, which shall read as
follows:
(145) Foley Street and Tilden
Way, a sign shall be erected on
Foley Street at or near the
northwesterly corner of its in-
tersection with Tilden Way.
(146) Broadway and Tilden
Way, signs shall be erected on
Broadway at or near the north-
westerly and southeasterly cor-
ners of its intersection with
Tilden Way.
(147) Eagle Avenue and Tilden
Way, a sign shall be erected on
Eagle Avenue at or near the
westerly corner of its intersec-
tion with Tilden Way.
(148) Pearl Street and Tilden.
Way, signs shall be erected on
Pearl Street at or near the
northwesterly and southeast-
erly corners of its intersection
with Tilden Way.
(149) Fernside Boulevard and
Tilden Way, a sign; shall be
erected on Fernside Boulevard
at or near the southeasterly
coiner of its intersection with
Tliden Way.
(154) Eagle A v e n u e and
Broadway, a sign shall be erect-
ed on Eagle Avenue at or near
the northeasterly corner of its
intersection with Broadway.
(151) Buena Vista Avenue and
Broadway, signs shall be erect -
ed on Buena Vista Avenue at or

near the southwesterly a n d
northeasterly. corners of its in-
tersection with Broadway.
(152) Lincoln A v e n u e and
Broadway, signs shall be erect-
ed on Lincoln Avenue at or
near the northeasterly and
southwesterly corners .of its in-
tersection with Broadway.
Section 2. That Section 17 -461
(Yield) of the :Alameda Municipal
Code is hereby amended by "add -:
ing thereto subdivision (14) which
shall read as follows:
(14) On Buena. Vista, m' the
riht turn lane, at the westerly
corner of its intersection with Til-
den Way.
Section 3. That subdivisions (4)
and (42) of Section 17 -432 (Stop)
of the Alameda Municipal Code
are hereby repealed.
Section 4. This ordinance shall
be in full force and effect from
and after the expiration of thirty
(30) days from the date of its final
passage.
