AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE No. 1277, N. S. (Vicinity
of Encinal Avenue and Pearl
Street — R-1, Kane- Family Resi-
dence to .R -2, Two- Family Resi-
dence District)
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE
COUNCIL OF THE CITY` OF
ALAMEDA. as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 11116 of
Ordinance No. 1277, N.S is here-
by amended by reclassifying and
rezoning from R -1, Orate - Family
Residence, District to R-2, Two-
Family Residence, District all the
real property situate within the
City of Alameda as described be-
low:

known as 1254 and 1252 pearl
St., respectively..

ment shall be known as and re-
ferred to as Reclassification and

Ordinance No. 1277, N.S::
SECTION' 3. This ordinance
shall be in full force and :effect
from and after the expiration of
thirty (30) days from the date of
its final passage.
