ZONING ORDINANCE
NO. 1277, N.S.

BE IT ORDAINED: BY THE
COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ALAMEDA as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 11 -116 of
Ordinance No. 1277, N.S is here-
by amended by reclassifying and
rezoning from R. -4 -G, C -M, and
M -2 -G Districts to R -4 District
all the real property situated
within the City of Alameda as
shown on a. map entitled "Re-
zoning Request -- Peralta Junior
College District of Alameda
County—Proposed Alameda. Cam-
pus Site -NW corner of Webster
St. and Atlantic Ave. — Alameda
Planning Department Exhibit
`A'-- March, 1967" and on file in
the Alameda City Planning De-
partment,
SECTION 2. The above amend-
ment shall be known as and re-
ferred to . as Reclassification and
Rezoning Amendment No. 45 to
Ordinance No. 1277, N.S.
SECTION 3. This ordinance
shall be in full force and effect
from and after the expiration of
thirty (30) days from the •date of
its final passage.
