AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING
AND REZONING CERTAIN PROP-
ERTY WITHIN THE CITY OF
ALAMEDA BY AMENDING ZON-
ING ORDINANCE NO. 1277, N.S.
(8-5, General Apartment District
to M-2, General Industrial—Robert
E. Hannon)
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE
COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALA-
MEDA as follows:
SECTION 1, Section 11-110 of Or-
dinance No. 1277, N.S. is hereby
amended by reclassifying and rezon-
ing from 11-5, General Apartment
District to 1V1-2, General Industrial
District all the real property situate
within the City of Alameda as de-
scribed below:
City of Alameda Assessor's
Book No. 7, Block 391, Parcel 7,
situated at the foot of Webster
Street, adjoining the Alameda-
Oakland Estuary.
SECTION 2. The above amend-
ment shall be known as and re-
ferred to as Reclassification and
Rezoning Amendment No. 48 to Or-
dinance No, 1277, N.S.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall
be in full force and effect from and
after the expiration of thirty (30)
days from the date of its final pas-
sage.
