OF ALAMEDA BY AMENDING
ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 1277,
N.S.
From R-1, One-Family Zone to
Administrative - Professional,
Height limit 15 feet, Gudal-Wilson
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE
COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ALAMEDA as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 11-116 of
Ordinance No 1277, N.S. is hereby
amended by reclassifying and re-
zoning from R-1, One-Family Dis-
trict to AP-H-15, Administrative-
Professonal, Height limit, 15 feet
District all the real property sit-
uate within the City of Alameda
as described below:

shall be in full force and effect
from and after the expiration of
thirty (30) days from the date of
its final passage.
