AN ORDINANCE AMENDING
CERTAIN PORTIONS OF THE
ALAMEDA MUNICIPAL C 0 D E
RELATING TO TRAFFIC
REGULATIONS
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE
COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ALAMEDA:
Section 1. That Section 17 -341
(One -hour Parking Limit) of the
Alameda Municipal Code is here-
by amended by adding thereto
the following new subdivision,
which shall read as follows:
(6) Blanding Avenue, on the
southerly side thereof be-
tween a point 175 feet easterly
of the easterly line of Oak
Street and a point 283 feet
easterly of the easterly line
of Oak Street.
Section 2. That Section 17 -342
(Two -hour Parking Limit) of the
Alameda Municipal Code is here-
by amended by amending sub-
division (29) thereof, which shall
read as follows:
(29) Encinal Avenue, on the
northerly side thereof, from
the east property line of High
Street, easterly to a point 208
feet therefrom.
Section 3. That Section 17 -342
(Two -hour Parking Limit) of the
Alameda Municipal Code is here-
by amended by repealing sub-
division (30) thereof.
Section 4. That Section 17 -344.1
(Twenty -four Minute Parking
Limit) of the Alameda Municipal
Code is hereby amended by add-
ing thereto the following new
subdivision, which shall read as
follows:
(8) Park Street (northerly
of Blanding Avenue) com-
mencing at a point in the
(a) East curb line of Park
Street northerly from the
north l i n e of Blanding
Avenue and running
thence northerly 22 feet.
Section 5. This ordinance shall
be in full force and effect from
and after the expiration of
thirty (30) days from the date of
its final passage.
