AN ORDINANCE AMENDING
CERTAIN PORTIONS OF THE
ALAMEDA MUNICIPAL CODE
RELATING TO TRAFFIC
REGULATIONS
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE
COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ALAMEDA:
Section 1. That Section 17 -342
(Two -hour Parking Limit) of the
Alameda Municipal Code is here-
by amended by adding thereto
the fallowing new subdivisions,
which shall read as follows:
(40) High Street, on the west-
erly side thereof, between the
northerly line of Fernside Bou-
levard and the southerly line
of Marina Drive.
(41) Marina Drive, on the
southerly side thereof, between
the westerly line of High Street
and a point 130 feet westerly
therefrom.
(42) Marina Drive, on the
northerly side thereof, begin-
ning at a point 20 feet westerly
from the westerly line of High
Street and running thence
westerly 40 feet.
Section 2. That Section 17 -333
(All Time and Limited No Park-
ing) of the Alameda Municipal
Code is hereby amended by add-
ing thereto the following new
subdivision, which shall read as
follows:
(52) Encinal Avenue, on the
northerly side of the center is-
land located in Encinal Avenue,
between the westerly line of
Post Street and the easterly line
of High Street.
Section 3. That Section 17 -461
(Yield Right. -of -Way) of the Ala-
meda Municipal Code is hereby
amended by adding thereto the
following new subdivisions, which
shall read as follows:
(17) On Pearl Street, at the
northwesterly and southwest
erly corners of its intersection
with Calhoun. Street.
(18) On Versailles Avenue, at
the northwesterly and south-
easterly corners of its intersec-
tion with Calhoun Street.
Section 4. This ordinance shall
be in full force and effect from
and after the expiration of thirty
(30) days from the date of its
final passage.

City of Alameda in regular meet-

AYES: Councilmen Fore, Isaacs,
La Croix, Jr., Levy and President
McCall (5).
NOES: None.
ABSENT: None.
