AN ORDINANCE AMENDING
THE ALAMEDA MUNICIPAL
CODE BY AMENDING SUBDI-
VISIONS (21) nd (28) AND AD-
DING SUBDIVISION (53) TO
SECTION 17-333 THEREOF, RE-
LATING TO ALL TIME AND
LIMITED NO PARKING.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE
COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ALAMEDA:
Section 1. That Section 17-333 of
the Alameda Municipal Code be
amended by amending subdivi-
sions (21) and (28) thereof, to
read as follows:
(21) Webster Street, on the
westerly side thereof between
the southerly line of Atlantic
Avenue and the northerly line
of Buena Vist Avenue, between
the hours of 3:30 P.M. and 6:30
P.M.
(28) Webster Street, on the
easterly side thereof between
the northerly line of Atlantic
Avenue and a point 90 feet
south of the southerly line of
Buena Vista Avenue,
Section 2. That Section 17-333 of
the Alameda Municipal Code be
amended by adding thereto sub-
division (53), which shall read as
follows:
(53) Webster Street, on the
westerly side thereof between
the southerly line of Buena
Vista Avenue and a point 50
feet southerly therefrom.
Section 3, This ordinance shall
be in full force and effect from
and after the expiration of thirty
(30) days from the date of its
final passage.
