ING AND REZONING CERTAIN
PROPERTY WITHIN THE CITY
OF ALAMEDA BY AMENDING
ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 1277,
N.S.
R -1, One Family District to R -4,
Neighborhood Apartment Dis-
trict: Robert & Nick Perata
BE IT' ORDAINED BY THE
COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ALAMEDA AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. Section 11 -116 of
Ordinance No. 1277, N.S. is here-
by amended by reclassifying and
rezoning from R -1, One Family
District to R -4, Neighborhood
Apartment District all the real
property situate within the City
of Alameda as described below:
City of Alameda Assessor's
Book No. 2, Block No. 136,
Parcels No. 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8,
9, and 10, commonly known
as 1015, 1017, 1021, 1025, 1029,
1033, 1037, and 1041 Regent
Street.
SECTION 2. The above amend-
ment shall be known as and re-
ferred to as Reclassification and
iezoning Amendment No, 51 to
Ordinance No. 1277, N.S.
SECTION 3. This ordinance
shall be in full force and effect
from and after the expiration of
thirty (30) days from the date of
its final passage.
