BE IT ORDAINED BY THE
COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ALAMEDA AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. Section 11 -116 of
Ordinance No. 1277, N.S. is hereby
amended by reclassifying and re-
zoning from R -2, Two - Family
District to R -3, Restricted Apart-
ment District, all the real prop-
erty situate within the City of
Alameda as described below:

SECTION 3. The above amend-
ment shall be known as and re-
ferred to as Reclassification and

Ordinance No. 1277, N.S.
SECTION 4. This ordinance shall,
be in full force and effect from
and after the expiration of thirty
(30) days from the date of its
final passage.
