AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFY-
ING AND REZONING CERTAIN

OF ALAMEDA BY AMENDING
ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 1277,
NEW SERIES

trict to R -2, Two- Family Real.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE
COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ALAMEDA as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 11 -116 of
Ordinance No. 1277, New Series,
is hereby amended by reclassify-
ing and rezoning from R -1, One-
Family Residence District to R -2,
Two - Family Residence District all
the real property situate within
the City of Alameda as described
below:
Lots 1 and 2, Parcel Map No,
244, a division of Lot 25, Block
5, Tract 1866, vacant property.
SECTION 2. The above amend-
ment shall be known as and re-
ferred to as Reclassification and
Rezoning Amendment No .56 to
Ordinance No. 1277, New Series.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall
be in full force and effect from
and after the expiration of thirty
(30) days from the date of its
final passage.
