AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ALA-
MEDA MUNICIPAL CODE BY ADDING
SUBDIVISION 11 to SECTION 17-344,1
AND SUBDIVISION 43 TO SECTION
17-3k2 THEREOF RELATING TO PARK-
ING LIMITS
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE
COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ALA MEDA:
Section 1. 'that Section 17-
3 .1 4 . 1 (24-Minute Parking
Limit) of the Alameda MU Ul-
cipal Code is hereby amended
by adding subdivision (11)
thereto which shall read as fol-
lows:
( 1 1 ) Encinal Avenue
(Lafayette Street to Chest-
nut Street), commencing at
a point in the
(a) North curb line of En-
cinal Avenue 16 feet east-
erly from the east line of
Lafayette Street and run-
t hence easterly 18
tem.
Section 2. That Section 174342
(2-Hour Limit) of the Ala-mecia
n Code is hereby
amended by adding subdivision
(4:3) thereto which shall read
as follows:
1.13) La faye te Street, on
the easterly side thereof,
beginning at a point 8 feet
northerly from the north-
erly hine of Enci nod Avenue
and :running.; thence north-
erfY 86 feet.
Section 3. This ordii lance
shall be in full force and effect
from and after the expiration
or thirty (30) days from the
date of its final passage.
