AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE NO.
1277, NEW SERIES

General Apartment District and C -2,
Central Business District to R-4, Neigh-
borhood Apartment District Joseph Lucasey
and City Planning Board, respectively.)
BE IT ORDAINED 13Y THE COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF ALAMEDA AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. Section i1 7116 of Ordinance
No, 1277, N.S. is hereby amended by
reclassifying and rezoning from C -2, Cen-
tral Business District to R -5, General
Apartment District all the real property
situate within the City of Alameda as
described below:
2426, 2436 Lincoln Ave., 2425 -27, 2429, 2433
Webb Ave., 1527 -29, 1535 -37, 1543, and 1547
Everett St, and more particularly described
as follows: Assessor's Block No, 144, Lots
No, 1,2,3,4,5,8,19, 20 and 21.
Section 11 -116 of Ordinance No. 1277, N.S.
is hereby amended by reclassifying and
rezoning from C -2, Central Business District
to R-4, Neighborhood Apartment District
all the real property situate within the
