AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CERTAIN
PORTIONS OF THE ALAMEDA MUNI-
CIPAL CODE RELATING TO TRAFFIC
REGULATIONS

COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ALAM EDA:
Section 1. Section 17-344.1
(24-Minute Parking Limit) of
the Alameda Municipal Code
is hereby amended by amend-
ing subsection (2) thereof to
read as follow (2) Pacific Avenue (east-
erly of Oak Street), com-
mencing at a point in the
(a) South curb line of
Pacific Avenue 16 feet
easterly from the east line
of Oak Street and running
thence easterly 42 feet.
Section 2. Section 17-432
(Stop Intersections) of the
Alameda Municipal Code is
hereby amended by repealing
subsection (115).
Section 3. Section 17-432
(Stop Intersections) of the
Alameda Municipal Code is
hereby amended by adding
thereto subsection (186), vvhIch
shall read as follows:
(186) Haight Avenue and
Third Street, signs shall be
erected on Haight Avenue
at or near the northeaster-
ly and southwesterly cor-
ners of its intersection
with Third Street.
Section 4. SeCtiOn 17-342 (2-
Hour Parking Lin-ilt) of the
Alameda Municipal Code is
hereby amended by amendin
subsection (21) thereof to rea
a.s follows:
(21) Buena Vista Avenue,
on t h e northerly side
thereof. between the west-
erly line of Webster Street
and a point 418 feet west-
erly therefrom.
Section 5, This ordinance
shall be in full force and
effect from and after the ex-
piration of thirty (30) days
from the date of its final
passage.
