COUNCIL OF THE crry OF
ALA Vi EDA;
Section 1. The Alameda
Municipal Code is hereby
amended by repealing Article
5
of Chapter 12, Title there-
of, consisting of Sections 3-1251
and 3-1252 of said Code.
Section 2. This ordinance
shall be in full force and effect
from and after the expiration
of thirty (30) days f r om the
date of its final passage,
