AMENDING THE ALAMEDA MUNICI-
PAL CODE BY AMENDING SECTION
10 -411 THEREOF, RELATING TO DI-
LAPIDATED BUILDINGS
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ALA EDA:
Section 1. That Section 10 -411,
of Title X, Chapter 4, Article
1, of the Alameda Municipal
Code is hereby amended to
read as follows:
Sec. 10 -411. Dilapidated
Buildings a : Nuisance.
Every building or structure
which has become dilapi-
dated, a or structurally un-
safe, or which constitutes
a fire hazard, or is a . haz-
ard to the : public health,
safety or welfare for the
reasons set forth in Section
203 of the Alameda• Build-
ing Code or otherwise, is
hereby declared to be a
public nuisance.
Section 2. This ordinance
shall be in full force and effect
from and after the expiration
of thirty (30) days . from the
date of its final passage.
