AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ALAMEDA MUNICIPAL CODE BY AMENDING, SECTION 2-511 THEREOF', RELATING TO VACATION LEAVE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE
COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ALAM EDA:
Section 1. That Subsection (c)
of Section 2-541 of the Alameda
Municipal Code is hereby
amended to read as follows:
(c) After fifteen (15)
years of service with the
City, computed as in this
section provided, said offi-
cials and employees shall
be allowed annually a va-
cation with pay of twenty
(20) regularly scheduled
working days, computed on
the basis of a five-day work
week. In cases of em-
ployees working more than
a five-day work week the
vacation time shall be
twenty-eight (28) calendar
days.
Section 2, This ordinance
shall be in full force and effect
on January 1,1971.
