AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ALA-
MEDA MUNICIPAL CODE BY AMEND-
ING SECTIONS 11-1339, 11-1347 and 11-
1351 BY ADDING PARAGRAPH (D) TO
EACH SECTION THEREOF, RELATING
TO PERMITTING RESIDENTIAL USES
WITHIN C-M (COMMERCIAL-MANU-
FACTURING ) M-1, (INTERMEDIATE
INDUSTRIAL) AND M-2, (GENERAL
ANDUSTRIAL) DISTRICTS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE
COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ALAMEDA:
SECTION L That Sections
11-1339, 11-1347 and 11-1351 or
the Alameda Municipal Code
are hereby amended by adding
Paragraph (d) to each Section
to read as follows:
(d) A n y dwelling unit
which is incidental and
necessary for the normal
operation of a permitted
use within the district.
SECVION 2. This ordinance
shall be in full force and
effect from and after the ex-
piratiorx of thirty (30) days
from the date of its final
passage.
