BY AMENDING ZONING
ORDINANCE NO. 1277, N.S.
FROM C-2, CENTRAL BUSI-
NESS DISTRICT TO It-5-PD,
GENERAL APARTMENT DIS-
TRICT, PLANNED DEVELOP-
MENT Doric Development, Inc I
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE
COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ALAMEDA as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 11416 of
Ordinance No, 1277. N is
hereby amended by
reclassifying and rezoning
from C-2. Central Business
District, to R-5-PD, General
Apartment District. Planned
Development, all the real
property situate within the City
of Alameda hereinafter
described, subject to each of
the following conditions:
(1) That all the requirements
set forth _ in Sections .11-1353
through 11-1357 of the Alameda
Municipal Code, including tlie
submission by the owner and
approval by the Planning
Board of a Land Use Plan, be
adhered to and met, prior Co
the issuance of any building or
other permit by the City.
(2) That no use of the
property herein conditionally
reclassified shall be made
unless in accordance with a
Lund Use Plan approved by
the Planning Board.
