DISTRICT, TO R-1-PD, ONE FAM-
ILY, PLANNED DEVELOPMENT
DISTRICT

COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ALAMEDA as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 11-110 of
Ordinance No. 1277, N.S., is
hereby amended by
reclassifying and rezoning
from R•1, One Family District.
to R-1-PD, tine Family,
Planned Development District,
all the real property situate
within the City of Alameda as
described below:
That nronertv north of San
Leandro Channel; westerly
of Bay Farm Island bridge;
southerly of Otis Drive and
easterly of Bay View
Estates; commonly known as
that 7+ acre Hester Tract
of land, more particularly
described as Block 375, Lot
5-1, and Block 24, Lots 5-1,
5-2, 5-3, 5-4, 5-5, 5-6, 5-19, 5-20,
5-21, 5-22, 5•23, 5-24, 5-25, 5-26,
5-27, 5-28, 5-29, 5-30 in
Assessor's Block Book No. L
SECTION 2. The above
amendment shall be known as
and referred to as
Reclassification and Rezoning
Amendment No. 08 to Or-
dinance No.1277, N.S.
SECTION a This ordinance
shall be in full force and effect
from and after the expiration
of thirty (30) days from the
date of its final passae.
