AN ORDINANCE AMENDING
CERTAIN PORTIONS OF THE
ALAMEDA MUNICIPAL CODE
RELATING TO TRAFFIC REGU-
LATIONS
BE IT ORDAIN ED BY THE
COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ALAMEDA:
Section 1. That Section 17-431
(Through Highways) of the
Alameda Municipal Code is
hereby amended by adding
thereto the following new
subdivision, which shall read
as follows:
(23) Grand Street, from the
northerly line of Buena Vista
Avenue to the Alameda
Harbor.
Section 2. That subdivision
(158) of Section 17-432 (Stop
Intersections) of the Alameda
Munci pal Code is hereby
repealed.
Section 3. That Section 17-461
(Vield Right-of-Way Intersec-
tions) of the Alameda Munici-
pal Code is hereby amended by
adding thereto the following
new subdivision, which shall
readas follows:
(25) On Tinker Avenue, at
the southwest corner of its
intersection with Posey Loop.
Section 4. This ordinance
shall be in full force and effect
from and after the expiration
of thirty (30) days from the
date of its final passage.
