AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SEC-
TION 15-6210 OF THE ALAMEDA
MUNICIPAL CODE, RELATING
TO RATES FOR COLLECTION OF
GARBAGE AND REFUSE

CITY OF ALAM EDA:
Section 1. That Section 15-
6210 of the Alameda Munici-
pal Code is hereby a Tn.,ripd
to read as follows:
sec. 15-6210. rt a tes for
Collection. For the services
of collection and disposal of
garbage and refuse. as
herein provided for, there
shall be charged by the
scavenger and collected by
him from the persons en-
umerated in Sections 15-621
and 15-622 hereof, rates not
to exceed the following
schedule:
(a) one (1) collection per
week, of one (1) thirty (30)
gallon, or smaller, garbage
receptacle, p e r dwelling
unit, 82.70 per month;
(b) each additional such
receptacle collected at the
same time, 82.25 per month
each;
(0) refuse and rubbish
removal at the rate of
82,70 Der cubic yard.
Section 2. The rates provided
for in Section 15-62101 may be
billed and charged by the scav-
enger commencing August 1,
1972.
Secnot. 3. This ordinance
shall be in full force and
effect from and after the ex-
piration of thirty (30) days
from the date of its final
passago.
