(II-6 to R-1 - 904 Regent Street) BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA as follows: SECTION 1. Section 11-116 of Ordinance No. 1277, N.S., Is hereby amended by f‘e- classifying and rezoning all the real property situate with- in the City of Alameda, as described below: From R-6 (Hotel-Apartment) District to R-1 (One Family) District those southerly por- tions of Lots 32 and 33. As- sessor's Block 125. 'Book 2, commonly 'Mown as 904 Regent S Et..1 ION 2. The above amendment shall be known as and referred to as Reclassifi- cation and Rezoning Amend- ment No. 74 to Ordinance No. 1277, N.S. SEC1'ION 3.
