That the City of Alameda sell, and convey by quitclaim deed, unto the Hous- ing Authority of the City of Alameda, a public, body, corpo- rate and politic, all that certain r e a 1 property, commonly known as the PtCircus Market Parking Lot," consisting of 0.5167 acres more or less in the vicinity of Atlantic Avenue and Main Street, situated in the City of AlamedaCounty of Alameda, State of California. Section 2. That the Mayor of the City of Alameda be and he hereby is authorized to ex- ecute, and the City Clerk di- rected to attest to, a, quitclaim deed conveying the herein- above described property to said Housing Authority of the City of Alameda.
