Amending the alameda municipal code by amending sections 11-14B1 and 11-14B2 thereof by amending article 4-B of chapter 1 title 11 thereof and by adding sections 14-B8 through 14B15 to said article regulating the design maintenance and location of on-premise and off-premise signs and providing for the abatement removal and prohibition of non-conforming outdoor advertising display signs
