AMENDING THE ALAMEDA MUNICIPAL CODE BY ADDING SECTION 17-325
THERETO, PROHIBITING MORE THAN
ONE VEHICLEOCCUPYING AMARKED
PARKING SPACE,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE
COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ALAMEDA that:
Section 1. Section 17.325 Is
hereby amended to Article 2,
Chapter 3, Title :VII of the
Alameda Municipal Code to
read:
See. 17-325. Parking in
Marked Spaces. No person
shall park or leave standing
any vehicle, as defined in
Section 17.361(b) hereinbelow,

bundary or s ce, in which
another vehicre Is lawfully
parked. Provided, however,
two or more motorcycles,
motor-driven cycles, or similar
two-wheeled vehicles . may
park in any such space, no

occupied by a vehicle other
than such two-wheeled vehicle.
Section 2. This ordinance
shall be in full force and effect
