Ordinance 1713Ordinance No. 1713 New Series AMENDING THE AALAMEDA MUNICIPAL CODE BY AMENDING SECTION 7-332 (b) THEREOF, RELATING TO BICYCLE RIDING IN CERTAIN CROSSWALKS BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COLJN- CIL OFTHE CITY OFALAMEDA that: Section 1. Subsection (b) of Secfion 7-332 of the Alameda Municipal Code is hereby amended to read: Sec. 7-332. Riding on Sidewalk, (b) It shot[ be unlawful for any Person to ride a bicycle in any pedestrian crosswalk at a signal controlled infersection, adjacent to any school, or one which is under the control of the school crossing guard, At all other infersections the bicyclist shall exercise due caution before entering onto the roadway. Section 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date of its final Passage. TERRY LA CROIX, JR.
