ALAMEDA BY AMENDING ZONING
ORDINANCE NO. 1277. N.S.

From the C-2, Central Business District
to the R-2, Two Family Residential
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUN-
CIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA as
SECTION 1. Section 11-116 of Or-
dinance No. 1277, NS. is hereby
amended by reclassifying and rezoning
from C-2, Central Business District to
R-2, Two Family District all the real
Property situate within the City of
Alameda as described below:
Lots 15, 16, 17 and 18, Block 311,
City of Alameda Assessor's Block
Book No. 6, and more Par-
ticularly known as 630, 632, 636,
638 and 642 Haight Ave.
SECTION 2, The above amendment
shall be known as and referred to as
Reclassification and Rezoning Amend-
ment No. 79 to Ordinance No. 1277, N.S,
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be
in full force and effect from and after
the expiration of thirty (30) days from
the date of its final passage.
