AUTHORIZING LEASE OF REAL
PROPERTY TO ROBERT E. HAN-
NON (80' x 100 — NORTH END OF
WEBSTER STREET)
WHEREAS, by Ordinance No. 1478
New Series there was granted to Robert
E. Hannon a revocable license to oc-
cupy and use certain City -owned
tidelands for the installation of non -af-
fixed floatino docks thereon, and it
is now in the public interest that sold
lands, consisting of a parcel
approximately eighty (80) by one
hundred (100) feet In size and located
Immediately north of the north end of
Webster Street in the City of Alameda,
be leased rather than licensed to said
Person; and
WHEREAS, a form of lease contain-
ing the covenants and agreements by
and between the City and said Hannon
has been prepared and subm i tted to this
Council and is on file in the office of the
City Clerk marked, "Filed, July 16,
1974," and the Council approves the
contents thereof;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT OR-
DAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ALAMEDA that:
Section 1. The form of Tease
hereinabove referred to, and the terms,
conditions, covenants and agreements
contained therein, be and hereby are
approved.
Section 2. The Mayor be and hereby
Is authorized to execute on behalf of the
City a lease of real property to Robert
E. Hannon; said lease to be substan-
tially in the form referred to in the
above recitals, orfd the City Clerk is'
hereby directed to attest to same.
Section 3. This ordinance shall be in
full force and effect from and after the
expiration of thirty (30) days from the
date of its final passage.
