AMENDING THE ALAMEDA
MUNICIPAL CODE BY AMENDING
SUBSECTION (15) (a) OF SECTION
17 -344.1 THEREOF, RELATING TO 24-
MINUTE PARKING LIMIT.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCILOF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that:
Section 1. Section 17 -344.1 (24- Minute
Parking Limit) of the Alameda
Municipal Code is hereby amended by
amending subsection (15) (a) to read as
follows:
(15) Clement Avenue (Everett
Streetto Park Street), commencing
at a point in the
(a) North curb line of Clement
Avenue, 162.5 feet westerly from
the west I ine of Everett Street and
running thence westerly 61 feet.
Section 2. This ordinance shall be in
full force and effect from and after the
expiration of thirty (30) days from the
date of its final passage.
