ALAMEDA BY AMENDING ZONING

BELT ORDAINED BY THE COUN-
CIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA as
follows:
SECTION 1. Section 11 -116 of Or-
dinance No. 1277, N.S., is hereby
amended by reclassifying and rezoning
from C -1, Neighborhood Business Dis-
trict to R -4, Neighborhood Apartment
District all the real property situate
within the City of Alameda as described
below:

SECTION 2. The above amendment
shall be known as and referred to as
Reclassification and Rezoning Amend-
ment No. 81 to Ordinance No. 1277, N.S.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be
in full force and effect from and after
the expiration of thirty (30) days from
the date of its final passage.
