AMENDING THE ALAMEDA
MUNICIPAL CODE BY ADDING Alt-
TICLE 4 TO CHAPTER I OF TITLE
XVI, RELATING TO CORPUS
SECURITY
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCILOFTHE CITY OF ALAMEDA tht:
Section 1. The Alameda Municipal
Code is hereby amended by adding Ar-
ticle 4to Chapter I of Title XVI thereof,
to read:
Article 4. Criminal Records
Sec. 16-141. Any person who,
without authority to do so, will.
fully obtains data from the
Criminal Oriented Records
Production Unified System
(CORPUS) is guilty of a
misdemeanor.
Sec. 16.1412. Any person who
willfully provides personal data
from the Criminal Oriented
Records Production Unified Sys-
tem (CORPUS) to any
unauthorized person Is guilty of a
misdemeanor.
Section 2. This ordinance shall be In
full force and effect from and after the
expiration of thirty (30) days from the
date of its final passage,
