Ordinance 1753ORDINANCE 1753 Amending the alameda municipal code by amending section 11-14B11 thereof relating to abatement schedule for non-conforming outdoor advertising display signs 1. The expiration of the useful life of the sign or signs for federal income tax purposes; 2. The recovery of the owner's in- vestment, including cosi of installa- tion, as measured by the sum of the net income earned. Net income earned shall be defined as gross revenues earned less expenses of operation and administration and a provision for a ten percent (10%) return on invested capital. 3. The passage of fifteen (15) years from the date of completion of the sign; or 4, The passage of five (5)vearsfrom February 16, 1973 (the effective date of Ordinance No. 1683, N.S). Section 2.
