AMENDING CERTAIN PORTIONS
OF THE ALAMEDA MUNICIPAL
CODE RELATING TO TRAFFIC
REGULATIONS
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that:
Section 1, Section 17 -242 (Left -Turns
Restricted) of the Alameda Municipal
Code is hereby amended by adding
subsection (4) thereto, to read as
to I I ows :
(4) Eagle Avenue and Webster
Street, signs shall be erected so as to
prohibit Jeff -furns for vehicles
traveling on Eagle Avenue in a wes-
terly direction onto Webster Street
on Saturday and Sunday of each
week.
I, the undersigned, hereby certify
that the foregoing Ordinance was duly
and regularly adopted and passed by
the Council of the City of Alameda in
regular meeting assembled on the 1st
day of July, 1975, by the following vote,
to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Beckam,
Diament, Hurwitz, Sherratt and
President Corica, (5).
NOES: None.
ABSENT: None.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have

Section 2. Section 17 -333 (All Time
and Limited No Parking) of the
Alameda Municipal Code is hereby
amended by adding subsection (70)
thereto, to read as follows:
(70) Thau Way, on the easterly and
southerly sides thereof, from the
Segregation Line to the easterly ter-
minus.
Section 3. Section 17 -342 (Two -Hour
Parking Limit) of the .Alameda
Municipal Code is hereby amended by
adding subsection (46) thereto and
amending subsection (9) thereof, to
read as fol lows:
(46) Everett Street, on the easterly
side thereof, between the northerly
line of Santa Clara Avenue and the
southerly line of Webb Avenue.
(9) Encinal Avenue, on the
northerly side thereof, between the
easterly line of Pearl Street and a
point 155 feet east of the easter ly f i n e
of Versailles Avenue; and on the
southerly side of Encinal Avenue,
between the westerly line of Ver-
sailles Avenue and a point 94 feet
westerly therefrom.
Section 4. Section 17 -344.1 (24- Minute
Parking Limit) of the Alameda
Municipal Code is hereby amended by
adding subsection (17) (a) thereto, to
read as follows:
(17) Lincoln Avenue (Willow
Street to Chestnut Street), com-
mencing at a point in the (a) South
curb line of Lincoln Avenue, 29
feet westerly from the west line of
Willow Street and running thence
westerly 43 feet.
Section 5. This ordinance shall be in
full force and effect from and after the
expiration of thirty (30) days from the
date of its final passage.
