AMENDING THE ALAMEDA
MUNICIPAL CODE BY AMENDING
SECTION 11- 14D3(h) THEREOF
RELATING TO CONVERSION TO
MULTIPLE HOUSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUN-
CILOFTHE CITY OF ALAMEDA that:
Section 1. Section 11- 14D3(h) of the
Alameda Municipal Code is hereby
amended to read as fol lows:
(h) The conversion does not sig-
nificantly reduce rental units
available in the price range below
the median price range of apart-
ments in Alameda or does not
reduce units which provide accom-
modations to disabled or transient
Perjons.
Section 2. This ordinance shall be in
full force and effect from and after the
expiration of thirty (30) days from the
date of its final passage.
