Amending subsections a, b, and c of section 15-6210 of the alameda municipal code relating to rates for colecting of garbage and refuse
(a) one (1) collection per week, of
one (1) thirty (30) gallon, or smaller,
garbage receptacle, per dwelling
unit, $3.30 per month;
(b) each additional such recep-
tacle collected at the some time,
$2.75 per month each;
(c) refuse and rubbish removal at
the rate of $3.30 per cubic yard.
Section 2. The rates provided for In
Section 15 -6210 may be billed and
charged by the scavenger commencing
October 1, 1975, and ending June 30,
1976,
Section 3. This ordinance shall be in
full force and effect from and after the
expiration of thirty (30) days from the
date of Its final passage.
