Amending the alameda municipal code by amending section 17-333 thereof relating to all time and limited no parking
and (75) thereto, to read as follows:
(74) Otis Drive, on the southerly
side thereof, between the westerly
line of Pork Street and a point 150
feet westerly of the west line of
Willow Street:
(75) Willow Street, on the westerly
side thereof, between the northerly
line of Otis Drive and a point 150 feet
northerly therefrom. '
Sechon 2. This ordinance Is one of
areotnecessity and urgency within the
meaning of Section 3 -12 of the City
Charter, is introduced and passed at the
some Council meeting and shall
become effective on December 3, 1975.
Section 3. The facts constituting the
necessity and urgency hereof are:
1. That traffic regulations are es-
sential for the orderly flow and con-
trol of traffic within the City.'
2. That such regulations should
necessarily be immediately effec-
tive on passage to insure that
maximum preservation of public
welfare is obtained.
1 That a potential health and
safety problem will exist if such
amendments are not immediately
effective.
4. That, in light of such potential
health and safety problems in-
volved,`the normal delay between
enactment of this ordinance and its
effective date would be iniurious.
5. This Council hereby finds,' de-
termines and declares that itis inthe
best interest and necessity that this
ordinance be introduced and passed
at the regular meeting of the City
Council held December 2, 1975, and
that this ordinance become and be in
full force and effect December 3,
1975,
