AMENDING SUBSECTIONS (a), (b) AND (c) OF SECTION 15-6210 OF
THE ALAMEDA MUNICIPAL CODE, RELATING TO RATES FOR
COLLECTION OF GARBAGE AND REFUSE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA:
Section 1. That Section 15-6210 of the Alameda Municipal Code is hereby
amended by amending subsections (a), (b) and (c) thereof, to read as follows,

(a) one (1) collection per week, of one (1) 6-30-76 6-30-77 6-30-78
thirty (30) gallon, or smaller, garbage
receptacle, Per dwelling unit, per month:
$3.30 $150 $3,75
(b) each additional such receptacle collected
at the some time, per month: $2.75 $2.90 $310
(c) refuse and rubbish removal Per cubic
yard: $3.30 $3.50 $335
Section 2. Alameda City Disposal Company may bill and charge according to
the above rate schedule Provided for in Section 15-6210 commencing October 1,
1975.
Section 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after the
expiration of thirty (30) days from the dote of its final passage.
