APPOINTING MIKE HENNEBERRY AS A MEMBER OF THE
CITY PLANNING BOARD
BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Alameda that pursuant to
the provisions of Article X of the Charter of the City of Alameda, and upon
nomination of the Mayor, MIKE HENNEBERRY is hereby appointed to the office
of member of the Planning Board of the City of Alameda to fill the unexpired term
of Patrick Lynch for the term commencing June 7, 2011, and expiring on June 30,
2014, and to serve until his successor is appointed and qualified.
1, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly
and regularly adopted and passed by the Council of the City of Alameda in regular
meeting assembled on the 7th day of June, 2011, by the following vote to wit:
AYES: Councilmembers Bonta, deHaan, Tam and
Mayor Gilmore — 4.
NOES: None.
ABSENT: Councilmember Johnson -
ABSTENTIONS: None.
