AND REZONING CERTAIN
PROPERTY WITHIN THE CITY OF
ALAMEDA BY AMENDING ZONING
ORDINANCE NO. 1277, N.S.
City of Alameda R 76-2
From the R-1, One Family
tial District to the "0", Open Space
District.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUN-
CIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA as
follows:
SECTION 1. Section 11-116 of Or-
dinance No. 1277, N.S., is hereby
amended by reclassifying and rezoning
from R-1, One Family Residential Dis-
tricf to ''0'', Open Space District, all
the real property situate within the City
of Alameda as described below:
Tcf of Id bd on N by Liberty &
Garfield Tct on the E by Fernside
Blvd. on the S by the Hawley Tct and
on the W by High St., City of
Alarnecia Assessor's Block Book No.
! and more particularly know; as
Lincoln Park.
SECTION 2. The above amendment
shall be known as and referred to as
Reclassification and Rezoning Amend-
ment No. 84 to Ordinance No. 127 N.S.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be
in full force and effect from and after
the expiration of thirty (30) days front
the date of its final passage.
