PROPERTY WITHIN THE CITY OF
ALAMEDA BY AMENDING ZONING
ORDINANCE NO, 1277, N.S.

From the R -1, One Family Residen-
tial District to the "O ", Open Space
District.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUN-
CIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA as
follows:
SECTION 1. Section 11 -116 of Or-
dinance No. 1277, N.S., is hereby
amended by reclassifying and rezoning
from R -1, One Family Residential Dis-
trict to "O ", Open Space District, ail
the real property situate within the City
of Alameda as described below:
B locks 14,15,22& 23, a l l of C l ay St.
bet Mound and Fountain Streets,
Stratton Survey also Lots 7 to 14,
blocks 13 & 21 Stratton survey and W
135 ft. Clay Street bet High and
Fountain Streets, City of Alameda
Assessor's Block Book 1, Block 49,
Lot 3, and more particularly known
as Krusi Park.
SECTION 2. The above amendment
shall be known as and referred to as
Reclassification and Rezoning Amend-
ment No. 91 to Ordinance No. 1277, N.S.
SECTION 3, This ordinance shall be
in full force and effect from and after
the expiration of thirty (30) days frorn
the date of its final passage.
