CIL OF THE C TY OF ALAAAEDA as
follows;
SECTION 1. Section 11-116�ot Or-
dinance No. 1277, N,S., is'here
amended by reclassifying and rezoning
from R-5, General Apartment District,
to ''0'', Open Space District, all the
real property situate within the City of
Alameda as described below:
Pce of land bd on the N by Son Jose
Ave. E-S & W by Park Ave. City of
Alameda Assessor's Block Book No.
2, Block 137, Lot 15, and
Pee of Id bd on N by Encinal Ave. S
by San Jose Ave. W & E by Park
Ave., City of Alameda Assessor's
Block Book No. 2, Block 1U, Lot 16,
and more particularly known as
Jackson Park,
SECTION 2. The above amendment
shall be known as and referred to as
Reclassification and Rezoning Amend-
ment No, 86 to Ordinance No. 1277, N.S.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be
in full force and effect from and after
the expiration of thirty (30) days from
the date of its final Passage.
