AMENDING THE ALAMEDA MUNICIPAL CODE BY AMENDING
SECTION 10-2318 THEREOF, RELATING TO FEES FOR
PERMITS AND INSPECTIONS (ELECTRICAL)
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA
that:
Section 1. Section 10-2318 of the Alameda Municipal
Code is
hereby amended to read as follows:
Sec. 10-2318. Schedule of Fees. The fees required
under the provisions of Sections 10-2316 and 10-2317
of
this Article shall be in an amount as follows:
1. Permits, issuing and filing, each

(Minimum charge of any bill of fees - $5.00)
2. Branch circuits and feeders, each

17. When extra inspections are made necessary by
reason of deficient or defective work, or
otherwise through the fault or error on the
part of the holder of the permit, or on the
part of his employee, after notice has been
given in writing by the electrical inspector
setting forth the violations, only one such
extra inspection shall be made under the
regular fee as herein prescribed; and for
each and every further extra visit of inspec-
tion for which the holder of the permit or
his employee is entirely responsible., fees
shall be charged as follows:
