AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING AND REZONING CERTAIN PROPERTY
WITHIN THE CITY OF ALAMEDA BY AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE
NO. 1277, N.S.

From the M -2 -G, General Industrial, Government District
to M -2 -PD, General Industrial, Planned Development District.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 11 -116 of Ordinance No. 1277, N.S., is hereby
amended by reclassifying and rezoning from M -2 -G, General Industrial,
Government District to M -2 -PD, General Industrial, Planned Development
District, all the real property situate within the City of Alaneda as described
below:

ft., N 2 04'31" E 75 ft., N 87 55'29" W 28.51 ft th on a

SECTION 2. The above amendment shall be known as and referred
to as Reclassification and Rezoning Amendment No. 93 to Ordinance No. 1277,
N.S.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date of its final
passage.
