AMENTDING CHAPTER 3, ARTICLE 1 OF THE ALAMEDA
MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING TO WAIVER OF PARCEL MAP
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA that:
Section 1. Article I of chapter j or tne, Hi,ameua
Municipal Code is hereby amended by adding Section 11-316-5
thereto as follows:
Sec- 11-316,5. Waiver of Parcel The requirement
of a parcel map may be waived by the City Council if the
City Council finds that the proposed division of land
complies with the requirements of this Chapter and
State law as to:
(a) area;
(b) improvement and design;
(c) drainage;
(d) improved public roads;
(e) sanitary facilities;
(f) water supply;
(g) environmental protection; and that
(h) No public improvements will be necessary or
desirable as to consequence of the proposed
division.
Section 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after the expiration of thirty (30) days from

I, the undersigned, hereby certify that the foregoing Ordinance was
duly and regularly adopted and passed by the Council of the City of Alameda
in regular meeting assembled on the 7th day of December, 1976, by the
following vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Beckam, Diament, Hurwitz, Sherratt and
President Corica, (5).
NOES: None.
ABSENT: None.
