AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE MUNICIPAL CODE BYAMENDING
SECTIONS 11-1315, 11-1319 and 11-1322 THEREOF, RELATING
TO ZONING DISTRICT REGULATIONS
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALAMEDA AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. Article 3 of Chapter 1, Title X1 , of the Alameda
Municipal Code is hereby amended by adding to Section 11-1315, subsection
(u) thereto, to read as follows;
(d) Administrative offices of non-profit community social
service organizations.
SECTION 2. Article 3 of Chapter 1, Title XI, of the Alameda
Municipal Code is hereby amended by amending Section 11-1319 (a) and
Section 11-1522 (b) thereof to |nduuo'
(a) 11-1319 (o) - Administrative office of non-profit
community social service organizations.
(b) 11-1322 (b) - Administrative office of non-profit
community social service organizations.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date of its
final passage.
